Multi Grain Cleaning Systems

Clean grain is the foundation of quality processing output. Whether it is paddy entering a rice mill, pulses going into a dal mill, wheat being fed into a flour mill, or oilseeds heading for a crushing plant, every grain must be thoroughly cleaned before processing begins. Foreign matter such as stones, dust, straw, immature grains, broken pieces, and other impurities not only reduce the quality of the final product but also accelerate wear on processing machinery, increase downtime, and drive up operational costs.

At Grain Master, we design and install multi grain cleaning systems that are engineered to handle a wide range of agricultural commodities — including paddy, wheat, maize, sorghum, toor, urad, moong, channa, mustard, sesame, and soybean — using a single adaptable processing line. Our cleaning systems are built around a multi-stage process that begins with a pre-cleaning unit to remove large foreign particles such as straw, sticks, and oversized material, followed by a fine cleaning stage using vibrating sieves and aspiration channels that separate dust, chaff, light impurities, and undersized grains with precision. A de-stoning unit then removes stones and heavy foreign particles that could damage downstream machinery.

The modular design of our multi grain cleaning plants allows quick reconfiguration between different grain types with simple adjustments to screen sizes and airflow settings, eliminating the need for separate dedicated cleaning lines for each commodity. This makes our systems highly cost-effective for procurement centres, warehouses, and multi-commodity processing facilities that handle different grains across harvest seasons. All machines are built with durable mild steel construction, PLC-based controls, low-noise operation, and low power consumption, ensuring reliable 22+ hour continuous operation with minimal maintenance and maximum throughput.
